Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages professionally.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and training sessions.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and internal communications.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.
Update and manage customer data and bookings in CRM or internal systems.
Support HR tasks such as staff attendance, leave tracking, and documentation.
Manage petty cash, expense records, and basic bookkeeping duties.
Welcome visitors and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Professional attitude and appearance.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
