to support our operations team in Abu Dhabi. The Admin will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between management, technicians, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks for the maintenance department.
Schedule, track, and coordinate maintenance activities and service requests.
Maintain records of maintenance work, equipment, and inventory.
Prepare reports, quotations, and documentation as required.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries related to maintenance work.
Assist the operations/maintenance manager with day-to-day activities.
Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors when required.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of UAE experience
in an
administrative role within maintenance, facilities, or construction
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of maintenance scheduling and documentation is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
