About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Labours/Helpers to join our Plant & Maintenance Department within the construction industry. The selected candidates will assist in the operation, maintenance, and servicing of heavy machinery used in piling and ground improvement works, including cranes, rigs, and other specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in routine maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of heavy machinery and equipment used in construction and ground engineering projects. Support mechanics and technicians in repair and servicing activities. Help in mobilization and demobilization of cranes, piling rigs, and other ground improvement equipment. Ensure safe handling of tools, spare parts, and materials within the plant and project sites. Report any observed equipment faults or maintenance issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Perform general labour tasks and other duties as directed by the in-charge.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in Ground Engineering / Piling / Ground Improvement projects. Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance of heavy construction machinery. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor or site-based environments. Strong teamwork, discipline, and ability to follow instructions from supervisors and in-charges. Can join Immediately
Preferred:

Prior experience in a Plant or Equipment Maintenance Department. Familiarity with cranes, piling rigs, compressors, excavators, and other heavy ground improvement machinery.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
