Key Responsibilities:
Assist with posting and managing property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
Coordinate property viewings and follow up with agents and clients.
Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring all listings are accurate and up to date.
Support the team with general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
Prepare marketing materials and assist with email campaigns.
Help with day-to-day office operations and documentation.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using online listing platforms.
Good communication skills - written and verbal.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
