In this Admin Intern position

Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day administrative support for activities such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, etc. for board department and/ or cross divisional projects Perform assigned tasks of generally repetitive nature to support other team members Undertake tasks such as data gathering, entering and validation Gather standard and readily available data for formulations of recommendations, decision papers and presentations Undertake preparation of routine reports and updates for decision papers and recommendations Enter and share routine information regarding results, analysis, etc. to keep teams updated Maintain and update files according to standard procedures Follow and achieve compliance with set processes and policies Check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance
