job sheets, reports, quotations, and invoices

Monitor site progress and update management.
Handle staff allocation, attendance, and overtime records.
Receptionist / Admin
Manage
front desk duties
: calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Maintain proper filing of contracts, POs, invoices, and HR records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Support management in day-to-day office administration.
Ensure smooth communication between office, clients, and field teams.
Job Requirements:
Gender:
Female
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business/Admin (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in operations, admin, or receptionist role (facility management/cleaning/pest control background an advantage).
Skills:
Strong communication (English mandatory, Philipino/Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage).
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking ability.
Customer service mindset and team coordination skills.
Must be available for
