We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin cum Secretary with proven experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth coordination across departments, clients, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, tax invoices, letters, and technical submittals.
Manage portal registrations and submissions on platforms such as ALDAR, SAP Ariba, ADCE, Smarthub, and other client systems.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
Handle calls, emails, meeting schedules, and general correspondence.
Maintain and organize project documentation, filing systems, and company records.
Assist in procurement and tender documentation when required.
Support management in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative/secretarial role within the construction field (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with online procurement and client portals (e.g., ALDAR, Ariba, Smarthub).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and professional work ethic.
