Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement
Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins).
Promote QuickFly's services (cargo, courier, freight forwarding etc.) to potential clients.
Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships & ensure high customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Administrative Tasks
Support daily office operations and coordinate internal communication.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales data and reports.
Schedule client meetings and assist senior management as required.
Process documentation for shipments, contracts, and sales forms.
Handle correspondence and maintain organized office filing.
Reporting
Provide regular sales activity updates and performance data to reporting manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High School Diploma / Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Must be a female candidate.
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, customer service or admin (logistics industry preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills in
English.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Customer-centric with a professional attitude.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
