Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, coordinate office supplies and vendors as needed.
Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Identify potential clients and contribute to new business development.
Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients.
Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and other tools is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
