Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document handling
Assist the team with real estate documentation, property listings, and client coordination
Drive to locations for document delivery, property viewings, or administrative errands as required
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Valid
UAE driving license
is
mandatory
Basic knowledge or background in
real estate
is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a real estate company is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM or real estate management systems
