Job Title: Admin cum Marketing Executive

Salary: Up to AED 3,000 + Commissions

About Us:

Accureach FZC LLC is a dynamic start-up business consultancy in Dubai, specializing in accounting, tax filing, recruitment, business setup, and PRO services. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Admin cum Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role offers excellent exposure to both administrative operations and client-facing marketing activities, with opportunities to earn commissions in addition to a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence, and filing

Coordinate with clients for service inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments

Support business consultancy functions such as accounting, tax filing, and recruitment coordination

Assist in handling company setup and PRO services requirements

Execute marketing activities including social media management, content updates, and basic digital campaigns

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales conversion efforts

Maintain company databases, records, and reports for both admin and marketing purposes

Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

1-3 years of experience in administration and/or marketing (experience in consultancy or service industry preferred)

Preferably with own visa

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take ownership in a start-up environment

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
