JOB PURPOSE: Perform a wide range of Administrative and HR office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: . Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task . Manage / monitor daily office operation . Responsible for handling telephone and be responsible for all incoming calls and communicating to relevant persons and projects . Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned. . Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes. . Maintain petty cash transactions, including writing receipts, preparing payment request forms, disbursement of cash and clearance of advances; . Preparation of updated reports on disbursements made by the project, and advise the Project Team on the overall financial status of the project; . Maintain files of all personnel, consultants and subcontractors actively engaged in the project; . Assist in calculating and prepare staff time records . Works cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives QUALIFICATIONS: . Any 4 years course . Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) . Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work . Attention to detail and problem solving skills . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task . Ability to work independently as well as in a team. .
