Provide general administrative support to the project and site teams.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and logistics for meetings and site requirements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain employee attendance records, leaves, and other HR-related documentation.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits.
Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Document Control Duties:
Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents in an organized filing system (physical and electronic).
Ensure proper document coding, version control, and traceability of construction-related documents (e.g., drawings, submittals, RFIs, transmittals).
Upload, track, and manage documents using document control software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, Primavera, EDMS).
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company and project documentation.
Monitor document compliance with project-specific quality standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an admin/document control role, preferably in the UAE construction industry.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control systems like Aconex, Primavera, or Procore.
Knowledge of construction terminology and workflows.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
