Location : Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah - near Beah
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Handle office supply inventory and procurement.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and calls.
Support HR with maintaining attendance, leave records, and documentation.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness.
Accounting Duties:
Assist in daily accounting activities: data entry, invoice preparation, and bill payments.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare vouchers, receipts, and payment documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets.
Coordinate with external accountants/auditors as needed.
Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
