Job Title: Admin & Accounts Officer
Job Summary
The Admin & Accounts Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and handling basic accounting and financial tasks to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial records.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Support HR-related administrative tasks (attendance, records, onboarding support)
Accounts & Finance Duties
Maintain financial records and data entry in accounting systems
Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment requests
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Assist in bank reconciliations and cash management
Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
Assist with monthly and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
