We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Admin to support our real estate operations. The role involves assisting with accounting functions, handling property-related documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
Record daily financial transactions related to sales, leasing, and commissions
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Track agent commissions, referral fees, and owner payments
Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management
Support VAT documentation and basic reporting
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors
General Administration:
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Support HR admin tasks (attendance, leave records, staff files)
Assist management with reports and daily admin tasks
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
1-3 years of experience in accounting/admin (real estate experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Experience with accounting software is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
