Key Responsibilities
Office administration: reception, filing systems, filing and records upkeep
Accounting support: Receivables and Payables clerical tasks, invoicing, data entry
Ship documents administration: filing, tracking, and auditing
Purchase coordination: supplier contact, order tracking, deliveries and documentation
Communications: timely email and WhatsApp responses to stakeholders
Documentation: create, edit, and format MS Word documents
Presentations: design and deliver professional PowerPoint decks
Qualifications
Graduation with minimum 2 years of combined admin and accounting support experience in UAE
Familiarity with basic accounting processes (Tally , AR/AP, invoicing, reconciliations)
Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; comfortable with messaging apps
Strong organizational, time-management, execution and problem-solving abilities
Effective communicator with a professional tone
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
