Job Summary: Looking for an Admin cum Accountant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle all the accounting functions of the company
  • Reply to clients\' inquiries in a proper and timely manner
  • Enter general accounting transactions on a daily basis
  • Obtain, direct and relay telephone as well as fax messages
  • Manage accounts independently
  • Respond to queries or refer them to the appropriate staff
  • Preserve the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Prepare cash flow statement
  • Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register
  • Generate necessary reports
  • Respond to all incoming calls and handle caller\'s inquiries
  • Generate bank reconciliation statement
  • Create and maintain a current and an accurate filing system
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or its equivalent
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Should be able to work independently or in a team environment
  • Should be able to adapt and change based on new business needs
  • Ability to effectively use the accounting software
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite required
  • Suitable candidates must be male Indians
  • Must have a positive attitude and able to interact well with others
  • Fluency in English required
