The qualified candidate will undertake all aspects of administrative work including accounting, and development of internal control policies and procedures. Key responsibilities will include:
Tracking of work orders and job completion reports
Following up on job completion certificates, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and goods received notes for completed work orders
\xc2\xb7 Raising invoices for completed jobs. Preparing accrued income analysis every month for work partially completed.
Facilitate payments to subcontractors from the head office by ensuring GRN\xe2\x80\x99s are completed on time.
\xc2\xb7 Checking invoices for subcontractors and ensuring they are correct before submitting for payment to the head office. \xc2\xb7 Ensure adequate inventory is maintained at the site. Timely recording of GRN\xe2\x80\x99s and SIV\xe2\x80\x99s in the system to update inventory records. \xc2\xb7 Preparing monthly profit and loss report for the site. \xc2\xb7 Fixed Asset Management. \xc2\xb7 Provide general admin support.
