Admin Cum Accountant

Job Description

1.Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts. 2.Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets. 3.Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls. Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded.? 4.Preparation of Sales Invoices, Quotations, Proforma and Commissions? Report
5. Track and documentation of sales bookings and payments
6. Process and obtain approvals and ensure timely payments.
7. Revenue recognition and reconciliation.
8. Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system.
9. Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals. 10. Preparation and processing of payroll. Ensure the accuracy of all reports related to Employees 11. Basic Human Resources tasks. Proper tracking in Employees leaves and other benefits
12. Provide general admin support. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
