We are looking for an Admin cum Account assistant with minimum 2 years of UAE experience and excellent knowledge in Tally Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and maintaining financial records.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments using Tally software.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for account-related matters.
Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels.
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement.
Conduct bank transactions and reconcile statements using Tally.
Support the team in day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks. Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration and accounts.
Proficient in Tally software.
Bachlors degree in commerce
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Good communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
