Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role (2+ years preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
