Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the local team by managing reports, time & attendance records, filing systems, and spreadsheets.
Handle day-to-day administrative operations in alignment with departmental goals.
Assist the Operations team in routine and ad hoc administrative duties.
Collaborate with and support the Logistics Administrator on logistical and documentation requirements.
Ensure accurate maintenance of records and timely reporting.
Coordinate with internal departments to support business needs and office functions.
Qualifications: UAE National with Family Book (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
1-3 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
