Maintaining systematically document filling. . Collaborates with related staffs, departments to keep the information updated . exchanged timely, and enhance the working relationship . Receiving correspondence, maintaining records and where necessary, . appropriately routing them for action . Preparing correspondence to internal and external parties Requirement: .
