automobile industry experience
and strong coordination skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
RTA-related works
for showroom and company vehicles
Handle
insurance documentation, renewals, and claims
for showroom vehicles
Maintain and monitor
vehicle records and documentation
Conduct
yard stock checking
and reconcile physical vs system stock
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for
vehicle movement & availability
Manage
office stock checking
and maintain inventory records
Handle
ordering of stationery and office supplies
Coordinate
maintenance and AMC works
with vendors and service providers
Liaise with vendors, service centers, and government portals as required
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance with company procedures
Support management with
reports and daily administrative tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
2-4 years experience
in office administration (automobile industry preferred)
Knowledge of
RTA processes, vehicle registration & insurance works
Experience in
stock checking / inventory control
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good communication skills
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
Experience in
automobile showroom or yard operations
Familiarity with
UAE government portals
Immediate joining preferred
