Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain administrative records and documentation.
Prepare, update, and organize reports, contracts, and official files.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Assist in preparing leasing, sales, and administrative documents.
Monitor and update Excel spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients when required.
Ensure proper filing, scanning, and archiving of documents.
Support management with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Assist with office coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in documentation and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary: AED 3,000 - 3,500 (depending on experience)
