We are looking for a highly organized Admin Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to handle daily administrative duties and support project execution from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating between teams, clients, and supplier
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management and project team.
Assist the project manager/team in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare project-related documents such as work orders, delivery schedules, and progress reports.
Assist in preparing quotations, comparison sheets, and other documents.
Maintain project files, approvals, drawings, and updated records.
Coordinate site requirements and support with logistics arrangements.
Report project status and highlight issues that require attention.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in administration and/or coordination.
Male Candidates required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
