We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Office Coordinator
to support our daily operations and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will act as the communication bridge between departments, ensuring smooth workflow, timely reporting, and efficient administrative support.
This role is well-suited for candidates on
spouse or family visa
who are organized, responsible, and can manage multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the company's official emails and promptly inform supervisors of important updates or actions required.
Collect daily
action reports
from all departments and ensure follow-up on pending items.
Assist the
recruitment process
-- including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update daily operational data received from departments.
Follow up with department heads and team members to ensure timely submission of required reports and documents.
Support HR and Operations teams with administrative documentation and internal communication.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and hard copy) for correspondence, reports, and records.
Coordinate internal meetings and ensure all relevant information is communicated clearly across departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or office support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
