Job Title: Admin Coordinator



Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to oversee and manage day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, follow up with vendors and suppliers, manage communications, and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong follow-up capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

:

Coordinate administrative activities across departments to ensure efficient operations and timely task completion. Communicate and follow up with vendors, suppliers, and service providers regarding purchases, deliveries and contracts. Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, including emails and reports. Maintain and organize office records, documentation and databases for easy retrieval. Track and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment. Support management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports and handling internal communications. Assist other teams with administrative tasks and follow-ups as required. Monitor ongoing tasks and provide regular updates to management. Handle other administrative duties and ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as an Admin Coordinator, Office Administrator or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
