Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate with departments.
2. Prepare technical reports, quotations, related documentation.
3. Maintain records and track contracts/renewals.
4. Liaise with vendors and clients for administrative requirements
5. Schedule meetings and manage correspondence.
Qualifications:
1.
Mandatory:
Proven experience as an Admin Coordinator.
2. Strong Organizational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
