Admin Coordinators

  • Support project and office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain records, schedules, and communication.
  • Assist in document submission and internal coordination.
  • Handle travel, meeting arrangements, and logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondences.
  • Liaise with departments for operational needs.
  • Ensure filing systems are accurate and up to date.
  • Support HR, procurement, and finance when required.
Note: Above mentioned trades for technical positions are Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting works.
