Job Description

An Administrative Coordinator manages daily office operations, facilitates internal communication, and provides high-level support for administrative, HR, and sometimes accounting functions, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes within an organization. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence and records, overseeing office supplies, assisting with budgets, and improving office systems, often requiring strong organizational, multitasking, and technological skills. Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Management:

Overseeing daily office operations, managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a functional workspace.

Communication & Coordination:

Handling incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, mail), coordinating meetings and appointments, and facilitating communication between departments.

Record Keeping & Documentation:

Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and files, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Administrative Support:

Assisting with budgeting and bookkeeping, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting event planning, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Process Improvement:

Developing and implementing office administrative systems and procedures, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualities

Organization & Multitasking:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and duties simultaneously and maintain organized records.

Technological Proficiency:

Familiarity with office software, databases, spreadsheets, and virtual communication tools.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external parties.

Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail:

Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and tasks, and the ability to identify and resolve issues.

Independence:

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage duties without constant direction.
Career Progression

At junior levels, the role focuses on supporting daily administrative tasks. Senior coordinators may take on more responsibility, such as overseeing office procedures, managing junior staff, and contributing to strategic planning.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
