About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Admin Coordinator
to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist agents, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate office administrative activities and maintain documentation.
Support the sales and leasing teams with listings, contracts, and reports.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, and other real estate documents.
Maintain accurate property and client records in CRM systems.
Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and internal schedules.
Liaise with developers, landlords, and clients for paperwork follow-ups.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
real estate administration or coordination
(preferred).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple agents.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
