Admin Coordinator
.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
Manage documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, memos, and meeting schedules.
Assist in HR and general office coordination when required.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati)
- mandatory.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
