Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Admin Clerk to join the team at IIQAF. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, answer phones, and direct visitors
  • Carry out basic administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, supplies, and other related documents
  • Monitor and replenish office stationery and supplies
  • Prepare and submit administrative reports to management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer correspondence
  • Provide general support to all departments
  • Perform other administrative duties and tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, management or related field is preferred
