Job Description

The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and maintain accurate records. In addition, they will provide assistance to various departments, ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage the customer information database
  • Prepare and process paperwork for customer transactions
  • Ensure all customer records are accurately maintained and updated when necessary
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Monitor and track customer service requests
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to learn and understand customer policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
