Key Responsibilities:
Assist in business development activities, including coordination of meetings and follow-ups
Manage client communications, proposal tracking, and payment follow-ups
Maintain and update the CRM system with client and lead information
Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Prior experience in business development, admin, or coordination roles is preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
