Performing secretarial, organizational and administrative work, support for the delivery of the team objectives such that they are able to perform their own function with an efficient and functional use of time and resources. : Correspondence
Drafting (standard) letters and texts.
Check and correct outgoing texts and documents for spelling and layout.
Handling (confidential) incoming and outgoing mail, or submit it for handling to the right person.
Answer incoming telephone calls, handle (often) routine issues and request information, as well as transferring telephone calls to the right person.
Take care of incoming and outgoing fax and e-mail traffic
Meetings and events
Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and documents
Follow up and coordinate appointments and actions.
Administrative Tasks
Processing expenses on expense and assisting with the completion of accounts
Filing and general office administration.
Assist and follow-up till completion in HR & Admin related works whenever it is required.
Assist in generating and creating reports and spreadsheets.
Provide Document Control and filing for projects, tenders and corporate documentation.
Manage information flow internally/externally
Qualifications:
No relevant working experience is required, freshers are welcome!
Basic knowledge of MS office (e.g excel, word)
Preferrably with bachelors in Accounting or Business Administration
