Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Translate emails, letters, and documents between French and English when required.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings for the management team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Maintain accurate records of company documents and assist in database management.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners across the group's subsidiaries.
Assist in organizing business trips, travel arrangements, and visa processing.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Presentable, professional, and well-organized.
