Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems and confidential records
Assist in quotation drafting and tender document preparation
Support procurement and follow-up with suppliers/clients
Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
Provide customer service and internal support to staff
