Job Responsibilities:
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the HOD
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the department
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave requests in coordination with the HR department.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as required by HOD
Assist in coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and training sessions.
Support procurement activities by preparing purchase requests and coordinate with the departments
Monitor office supplies, etc. ensuring timely replenishment.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of factory documents
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Handle communication between HOD and other departments or external parties.
Assist in processing invoices, petty cash, and other administrative transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures within the administrative area.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
