Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government tasks such as licensing within Freezones, Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates.
Provide expert advice to business on all licensing and visa formalities and all other gov't related procedures by following the updates on ever-changing government rules and services.
Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
Skills
must have at least 2 years experience in free zone or similar job with strong experience with govt. organizations and embassies.
Educational background: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
Good influencing skills
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Valid Driving License is must.
Good computer skills (MS Office)
