Admin/hr Officer

Job Description

We are a company based in Bahrain . We are hiring Admin/HR officer with a valid Bahraini driving license. The candidate should perform the following duties: - Handle Human Resources tasks. - Monitor the company branches and submit an operational daily report. - Perform the administrative tasks requested by the management. - Handle social media accounts, internet advertisements, etc. - Basic designing skills to make posts and advertisements. - Deal or communicate with third parties to fulfill the company transactions. - Do the admin tasks related to support company operations in the branches. - Arrange the company documents in a proper filling. - Assist in hiring pricess by posting online AD and review CVs. - Enter company expenses in excel sheet. - Use his own car to go and buy stuff required for the GYM branches and the company. The candidate must be fluent in English, familiar with computer, social media applications and Internet research. The employee who have driving license will be preferable to have his own car.
