MARKQ Trading LLC is a fast-growing Dubai-based trading and e-commerce company and we are seeking an Admin & Accounts Assistant to support our finance and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Enter daily sales, purchase, and expense transactions in ERP Organize supplier invoices and match them against POs Maintain cash, petty cash, and expense records Assist in preparing monthly reports for VAT and accountant review Reconcile payouts with internal records
Admin:

Keep financial and legal documents organized Coordinate with teams and support in daily office coordination and supplier communications Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/admin team Track deliveries, returns, and supplier payments

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (preferred but not mandatory) 1-2 years experience (freshers with accounting/admin knowledge are welcome) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and admin work Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets Honest, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi
