We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and experience working in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
