Adjunct Faculty in Marketing (with Digital Marketing Focus)

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Marketing, with a particular focus on Digital Marketing, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2025-26 academic year.

Qualifications & Experience

Doctorate in marketing preferably digital marketing; exceptional candidates with a Master's and extensive, directly relevant professional experience will also be considered. Minimum 5 years of academic or industry experience in the field of marketing / digital marketing. Fluency in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills. Relevant professional certifications welcomed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction in a range of Marketing and Digital Marketing courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning. Develop, update, and organize instructional resources, syllabi, and project-based assignments that reflect both traditional and digital marketing practices. Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies. Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment. Inspire and motivate students to develop marketing skills, digital literacy, and professional growth. Integrate case studies, industry projects, and digital platforms into teaching for practical learning. Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enrich teaching and student experience.
