Adjunct Faculty in Management
The College of Business Administration at Ajman University has an opening for an Adjunct Faculty member in Management, starting in Fall 2025-26.
Qualifications & Experience
xc2xb7 A Ph.D. in Management from a reputable university is preferred.
xc2xb7 Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
xc2xb7 Relevant industry or consulting experience in Management that provides practical insights for the classroom.
xc2xb7 Proven ability to develop innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
xc2xb7 Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in various Management courses, ensuring that course objectives are met and students are engaged.
xc2xb7 Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
xc2xb7 Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks.
xc2xb7 Foster a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment.
xc2xb7 Cultivate effective working relationships across the organization and within the community.
xc2xb7 Inspire and motivate students and colleagues to overcome challenges and pursue personal and academic growth.
xc2xb7 Actively seek innovative methods and resources to continuously enhance course delivery.
xc2xb7 Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
xc2xb7 Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and current educational technologies.
xc2xb7 Familiarity with the Credit Hour academic system.
xc2xb7 Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with a diverse student body.
xc2xb7 Excellent organizational skills for managing instructional materials efficiently.
