Adjunct Faculty in Management
The College of Business Administration at Ajman University has an opening for an Adjunct Faculty member in Management, starting in Fall 2025-26.
Qualifications & Experience
A Ph.D. in Management from a reputable university is preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
Relevant industry or consulting experience in Management that provides practical insights for the classroom.
Proven ability to develop innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in various Management courses, ensuring that course objectives are met and students are engaged.
Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks.
Foster a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment.
Cultivate effective working relationships across the organization and within the community.
Inspire and motivate students and colleagues to overcome challenges and pursue personal and academic growth.
Actively seek innovative methods and resources to continuously enhance course delivery.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and current educational technologies.
Familiarity with the "Credit Hour" academic system.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with a diverse student body.
Excellent organizational skills for managing instructional materials efficiently.
