Qualifications & Experience
- A Ph.D. in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field from a reputable university is preferred; candidates with a Master's degree and substantial industry experience may also be considered. Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in courses related to innovation and entrepreneurship. Relevant industry or consulting experience in innovation and entrepreneurship that provides practical insights for the classroom. Proven ability to develop innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses, ensuring that course objectives are met and students are engaged. Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback. Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks. Foster a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment. Cultivate effective working relationships across the organization and within the community. Inspire and motivate students and colleagues to overcome challenges and pursue personal and academic growth. Actively seek innovative methods and resources to continuously enhance course delivery. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and current educational technologies. Familiarity with the Credit Hour academic system. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with a diverse student body. Excellent organizational skills for managing instructional materials efficiently.
