We're looking for a
hands-on Ad Operations & Monetization Manager
to oversee our
platform integrations
, ensure
traffic quality (IVT control)
, and
optimize monetization performance
across our supply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize
our platform integrations
and monetization settings.
Monitor daily activity across
supply and demand partners
.
Track and handle
IVT
issues and maintain traffic quality.
Create and analyze
performance reports
(eCPM, fill rate, discrepancies, revenue).
Identify optimization opportunities to
increase yield and reduce waste
.
Support
technical setups and testing
for new partners and demand sources.
Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in
Ad Operations / Programmatic Monetization
.
Familiarity with SSP/DSP platforms.
Understanding of
OpenRTB, app-ads.txt, sellers.json
, and basic traffic quality concepts.
Comfortable working with
data, reports, and Excel / Google Sheets
.
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
